When you support NAMI Jacksonville, you’re helping shine a light on mental health awareness, expanding access to lifesaving education and support programs, and showing our community that no one has to face mental health challenges alone.
Manny’s Band Foundation was created in memory of Manny Pargman to make suicide prevention a shared, urgent priority for all — because suicide is not someone else’s problem. Learn more about Manny's Band Foundation.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer Course is a free, 8 session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery. Taught by a trained team of people who’ve been there, the program includes presentations, discussion and interactive exercises. Everything is confidential, and NAMI Jacksonville never recommends a specific medical therapy or treatment approach.
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment.
